近日，本实验室研究团队在管理学知名国际期刊Internet Research上发表了题为“Effects of social media usage on exploratory innovation, exploitative innovation and organizational agility: the moderating role of learning goal orientation”的学术论文（详见以下题录）。该论文的第一作者为中国科学技术大学博士研究生章凯，通讯作者为合肥工业大学管理学院李阳博士（李老师是本研究团队的主要成员与外部合作导师）。该期刊属于ABS 3星高质量学术期刊，也是SSCI一区期刊，其2022年影响因子为6.353。
