团队研究成果在IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management发表

近日，本实验室研究团队在管理学知名国际期刊IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management上发表了题为“How Do Goal Orientations Affect Organizational Agility? The Mediating Effects of Ambidextrous Operational Capabilities”的学术论文（详见以下题录）。该论文的第一作者为中国科学技术大学管理学院博士研究生张梦茹，通讯作者为中国人民大学周京梅博士（周老师是本研究团队的主要成员与外部合作导师）。该期刊属于ABS 3星高质量学术期刊，FMS认定A类国际期刊，也是SSCI一区期刊，其2022年影响因子为8.702。
